All rooms/spaces must be rented for a minimum of two hours.
There is a $15 application fee.
There is a $100 damage deposit required for all rentals. It may be refunded if the renter adheres to the contract and stays within the rented time.
There is an additional fee of $30 per hour for any indoor rentals that occur outside of operating hours.
Non-Resident Rental Fee: A 25% fee applies to the hourly rental rate for non-residents. This fee does not apply to security deposits, staffing fees, or other additional charges.
Take note: Requests will be subject to staff approval. Upon approval, payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Your reservation is not finalized until you receive confirmation of your payment.
