The Planning and Development department has implemented a new Customer Request Form which helps improve the process for submitting inquiries and questions to the department. Instead of emailing a generic inbox, a new online form will be available for customers beginning today. This new form helps Planning and Development staff receive inquiries more efficiently because they will be organized by category. Categories include:
- Development Reviews and Approvals
- Historic Districts and Landmarks
- Inspections
- Permits
- Permit Portal Help
- Records Request
- Zoning
- Compliment or Complaint
- Suggestions
- Other
Customers will get more efficient responses to their questions and concerns when they use the new form. The form will be linked on development related pages and on the Permit and Development Portal.
