Neighborhood Center
Powell Drive Neighborhood Center is an unstaffed facility that is open only during rentals and/or during any events and classes taking place.

Meeting Room

- Includes use of full-size kitchen
- $55/hr. (2-hour minimum)
Warming Kitchen
Food may only be warmed and not prepared from scratch.
Tennis Courts
- 2 courts
- Lighting is on a timer from dusk to 10 p.m. (March to November)
- No backboard
Courts are typically available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Playground
- The playground for ages 2–12 years has a rubberized safety surface, climbing structures with slides, and swings (both regular and tot).
- Bathrooms are available near the playground in the comfort station.
