What is Raleigh Teen Connect (RTC)?
Raleigh Teen Connect (RTC) is a free membership that gives teens access to programs, facilities, supporting community agencies, resources, and other amenities in the City of Raleigh.

- Access to Teen Zones at various community centers
- 5 free afterschool locations (open M-F from 3-6 p.m.)
- Saint Monica Teen Center
- Method Road Community Center
- Green Road Community Center
- Roberts Park Community Center
- John Chavis Community Center
- Program highlights (i.e. mystery trips, new member perks)
- Field trips
- Free swimming at 4 indoor pool locations
September-May, M-F from 3-5 p.m. * Limited Capacity (first come, first serve)- Millbrook Pool
- Buffalo Road Aquatic Center
- Optimist Pool
- Pullen Aquatic Center

How can I register?
Please note that participants under 18 require a parent/guardian signature.
Raleigh Teen Connect (RTC) Registration Form
- In-Person: You can register for RTC membership in person at any participating community center.
- Email: Request a registration packet via email at Teens@raleighnc.gov

If I register online, how can I get my key tag?
Once registered online, you can pick up your key tag at any participating community center. Just visit the front desk, and they will assist you.
How will I be notified about programs, events, etc.?
Members will be notified about programs, events, and other important information through:
- Email newsletters
- Text message alerts
- Updates are posted on our website and social media channels @RaleighParks
- Flyers and announcements at community centers
