The Lifeguard Basic Training membership is for individuals whose goal is to become a City of Raleigh lifeguard. Come to Pullen Aquatic Center every Friday night through April 25 from 5 - 7 p.m. and let our trained Lifeguard instructors see if you have what it takes!
Lifeguard Basic Training is a free weekly clinic held at Pullen Aquatic Center that allows participants to practice the prerequisite skills required to participate in a Raleigh Lifeguarding Course. An instructor will provide coaching and feedback for participants to improve their performance and endurance. Participants may arrive for the clinic between 4:50 - 6:15 p.m.
