Rainbow of Emotions
This uplifting class invites youth to explore feelings and emotional awareness through the story In My Heart: A Book of Feelings. Through creative expression, reflective art, and playful movement, participants are gently guided to notice and honor a range of emotions in a supportive environment. The experience concludes with a calming, sky-inspired meditation that helps children feel open, balanced, and at ease with their inner world.
