Raleigh Parks invites you to help shape the future of Tarboro Road Park. Please join us for our second public open house to collaborate with the design team and city staff.
This drop-in event offers an engaging opportunity to:
- Explore current design plans
- Meet Raleigh Parks staff and the design team
- Share your ideas and feedback
- Learn about other neighborhood initiatives
The redevelopment of Tarboro Road Park is made possible by $29.3 million from the 2022 Raleigh Parks Bond.
- A new, larger community center
- Site improvements such as a multi-purpose sports court, playground, plaza, and pedestrian connections to the future BRT station on East Edenton Street
- Interior upgrades to the St. Monica Teen Center
- Public art celebrating the culture and history of the surrounding neighborhood
We look forward to the public's ongoing participation as we work together on the redesigned Tarboro Road Park! For more information, visit RaleighNC.gov and search “Tarboro Road Park Project.”
