Poké Pals Trading and Training

Calling all Poke fans to bring your trading cards! Want to have a safe place to trade your cards with friends and learn how to play the game? This program will give you just that. We will have time for kids to trade cards with other like-minded fans. After trading time, you will meet with a trainer to teach you how to play the game. Drop-in to trade, battle, or both. We are not a Sanctioned Pokémon League.

Dates: Fridays starting Jan. 24

Parent Toddler Yoga

This fun yoga series combines age-appropriate poses with imaginative yoga adventures, delightful books and music while offering a special time for parents and caregivers to connect with their child. Grown-ups, get your silly hats on! We will hiss in cobra pose, bark in downward dog, and flutter our wings in butterfly all while building strength, coordination, and balance! Your little yogi will love this class with you and everyone will leave more centered and ready to face the weekend. Grown-ups and children should both wear clothes for movement. Please bring a yoga mat. Register child only.

Tumble N Twist

Have a child who loves to tumble and have fun? Join us for our beginners tumbling class where your child will learn the basics of tumbling and fitness/conditioning. Your child will work on gross motors skills while learning the forward roll, backwards roll, straddle roll, intro to cartwheels and much more. Come join in the fun.

Dates: Wednesdays, Feb 5-26

Dancin' Feet

Your dancer will have tons of fun learning the basics of ballet, tap, and jazz. This class will help them develop balance, coordination, and self-confidence. All while learning basic technique, body positions and steps in each style of dance. Everything they learn will come together for an end of session performance for the parents to enjoy.

Yoga Roots

This yoga class is for youth 10-15 years of age looking to explore the deeper benefits of a yoga practice. We cover the 8 limbs of yoga philosophy, preparing tweens/teens to become leaders in their communities. This class will also use yoga sequencing that strengthens the body and mind. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Participants should be dressed for movement and bring a sticky mat.

Science Fun for Everyone

Come have some fun while your little ones explore age-appropriate hands-on science experiments. Parent participation is recommended. Pre-registration required.
