Join our trained Lifeguard Instructors on Friday nights from 5 -7 p.m. at Pullen Aquatic Center to see if you have what it takes to become a City of Raleigh Lifeguard. You’ll practice the prerequisite swimming skills, including the Swim-Tread-Swim sequence and Timed Brick Retrieval.
These events are free! You can sign up online if you're over 18, or at one of our aquatic facilities with a parent or guardian if you're under 18. This is a great opportunity to build your confidence in the water and begin your journey toward becoming a trained Lifeguard with the City of Raleigh. Basic swimming skills are required.
