Journey Through History: The Life of Lunsford Lane
Join Becoming Lunsford Lane author Craig Thompson Friend on a journey through the life of Lunsford Lane—a man who rose from slavery to secure freedom for himself and his family. Lane’s determination and courage in defying the rules of bondage and later navigating the challenges of free Black citizenship made him a hero to many enslaved Southerners and a symbol of hope to abolitionists.
Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the remarkable life of Lunsford Lane and the lasting impact of his fight for freedom.
