The City of Raleigh owns ten parking decks, offering approximately 8,500 public parking spaces.

Hours and Rates

Monday - Friday

  • 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • 2 hour free parking.
  • $2 per hour after two hours to daily maximum
  • $14 daily maximum
  • Special Event Parking: $10
  • $25 lost ticket charge

Nights and Weekends

  • No charge 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday - Friday
  • No charge on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Special Event parking: $10 

Monthly Parking

  • $125 - unreserved
