Request Raleigh Fire at a Community Event

A 14-day notice is required for all event requests

To request to have Raleigh Fire at your event, please complete the form below. Note that submission of request does not confirm availability. An event request includes an informational presentation, and it does not include a fire truck, unless specifically noted. 

There is a 14 day notice required for all events. 

Parades: The Raleigh Fire Department's apparatus will only participate in City of Raleigh approved and sanctioned parade events.

Please fill out this form for the following events: 

  • Community events
  • Community festivals and fairs
  • Community partnership
  • Birthday Fire Truck Requests: When requesting a fire truck to drive by your home for a birthday greeting, please keep in mind that our fire trucks are active emergency vehicles. No confirmations will be sent for this reason. It is at the discretion of the Chief on Duty to determine participation. Note that this is drive by only and will not include interaction with firefighters.

All presentations and requests must be within the City of Raleigh.
