After a brief pause caused by snowy and icy weather, the City of Raleigh Solid Waste Services will resume trash and recycling collections.
All pickup routes will be delayed by a day with Wednesday pickups beginning Thursday, Jan. 23. Residents with regular Thursday and Friday pickups will have their carts serviced Friday and Saturday respectively. Residents can see the schedule delay reflected on the Raleigh Reuse web tool and app and should keep their carts at the curb until serviced.
Collection efforts will return to their regular schedule during the last week of January, weather permitting. After being closed on Jan. 22, the Yard Waste Center is open and operating under normal hours.
