About NCDA

The National Community Development Association (NCDA) is a national nonprofit organization comprised of more than 550 local governments across the country that administer federally supported community and economic development, housing, and human service programs, including programs of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs.

Region IV includes the following states and territories: Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  The City is excited to welcome community development professionals to Raleigh for the 2024 Region IV NCDA Conference May 1-3.

  • Dates: Wednesday, May 1 to Friday, May 3
  • Location: Raleigh Marriott City Center, 500 Fayetteville St

How to Register

We hope to see you at the conference! Please register no later than March 25.

The cost to attend varies:

  • NCDA Member: $325
  • Non-NCDA Member: $350
  • Guest fee for Conference Reception only: $50

Follow the steps below to register:

  1. Submit registration information
  2. Submit payment based on cost listed above
  3. Book hotel stay at Raleigh Marriott City Center (reduced group rate available if booked before March 29).
