City Launches New Affordable Housing Dashboard

Raleigh is making it easier for everyone to see how the City is working on affordable housing. A new Affordable Housing Dashboard is now available to track progress.

In 2016, the City set a big goal: to build 5,700 affordable homes by 2026. That is about 570 per year. So far, Raleigh has created and preserved 3,848 affordable homes. This is beyond the halfway point, with the remaining units already in the pipeline.

The new dashboard provides real-time updates on housing development, offering transparency and insight into the City's efforts to expand affordable housing options. Residents can explore key data, track milestones, and see how Raleigh is working to ensure more affordable housing opportunities.

Check out the Affordable Housing Dashboard and stay informed on the City's commitment to solving the affordable housing puzzle.
