The City is hosting a Homeownership Information Fair on Saturday, July 15 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Carolina Pines Community Center.  

Prospective homeowners:  Purchasing a home for the first time is a complicated and costly process! Drop by to learn about the City’s homebuyer assistance programs, affordable homeownership programs in the area, and attend a mini homeownership workshop*.   

Current homeowners: We’re here to help preserve the longevity of your home! Learn about City programs to address needed home repairs and maintenance. You can also find out about property tax relief programs for low-income seniors or disabled individuals that Wake County oversees during the event.  

This event is free and open to the public. We will have light refreshments and child care available.

*The Homebuyer Workshop Sessions are now SOLD OUT! The sessions will be recorded for public viewing following the event.
