Our most recent episode features Lori Tanner, an engineering specialist in our Stormwater division. She helps manage our customer accounts and billing.

If you own a home in Raleigh, you're probably familiar with the Stormwater fee on your utility bill. Lori makes sure these fees are calculated correctly, which often involves going to a homesite to take measurements, and lots of research! She truly enjoys helping customers, and being a sleuth! She spends a lot of time tracking down information to resolve issues.
