Every business owner will eventually transition out of their business. Succession planning helps ensure that transition is intentional, organized, and supports the long-term success of the business.
Through its Employee Ownership Raleigh initiative, the North Carolina Employee Ownership Center helps business owners consider their options and plan next steps. This virtual workshop will provide guidance for business ownership transition to help owners make the right decision based on their needs and goals.
