Join us for an engaging Small Business Workshop, focused on the Safety and Hospitality Ambassadors and the services they provide to our downtown business community.
Learn how the Ambassadors support businesses and their employees through business check-ins, responding to calls for assistance, and providing de-escalation training. We’ll also be joined by a member of the Raleigh Police Department, who will provide insight into how the department and DRA work together to support safety downtown.
This workshop is an opportunity for business owners to learn more about available resources, better understand how downtown safety efforts work together, and ask questions.
