The Community Cares Collaborative (CCC) is a network designed to bring together leaders of community-serving groups and organizations to strengthen collaboration, build capacity, and improve service delivery. By fostering meaningful connections across different sectors, the Community Care Collaborative helps make it easier for residents to access the support they need.

As a Community Cares Collaborative member, you will:

  • Stay informed on current issues, opportunities, trends and resources driving community progress. 
  • Build authentic connections with others doing similar work. 
  • Gain tools, ideas, and strategies to strengthen your impact. 

Who Can Join

Open to All Community-Serving Organizations

The Community Cares Collaborative welcomes participation from:

  • Community serving organizations of any size
  • Leaders serving City of Raleigh residents and are committed to access, collaboration, learning, and community well-being
  • Those who provide direct community services (e.g., housing, health, youth, food, education, etc.)

There are no membership fees to join!

What to Expect

The Community Cares Collaborative meets: 

  • Every other month on Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
  • White Memorial Presbyterian Church (lunch provided)
  • Guest speakers, roundtable discussions, capacity-building activities
  • Free to participate

Members are encouraged to share updates, engage in group learning, and explore ways to collaborate. Regular communication helps keep all partners informed and connected. 

Making an Impact!

Since 2023, the Collaborative has brought together  over 100 local organizations, helping reduce service  barriers and  improve  collaboration across different sectors. Key outcomes include:

  • Strengthened trust and communication between providers
  • Easier navigation for residents accessing services
  • Shared learning leading to service innovations
