Fireworks and Fun Light Up Raleigh this Fourth of July 

What a better place to celebrate 250 than Dix Park? The City of Raleigh’s Fourth of July celebration will have it all: fireworks, music, and food. The family fun starts at 6 p.m. 

This year’s event showcases a fireworks show in honor of Independence Day and the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. ABC11/WTVD-TV returns as the City’s event partner. 

 

What to Expect

The main event is the fireworks show, but attendees can also enjoy: 

  • Live DJ and music throughout the night 
  • Food trucks and non-alcoholic beverage vendors 
  • Lawn games and activities 
  • Craft station for all ages 
  • Shaded picnic areas 

The fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m.
