The Amphitheater

Stone terraced amphitheater with three grassy levels in a beautiful natural setting. It does not have chairs, lights, electricity or sound system and can hold 300 people minimum.

  • Rented for $60 an hour (two-hour minimum)
Quaint one-story cottage with shutters at Anderson Point Park

The cottage at Anderson Point park is available for rentals.

The Cottage

Built in the early 1900s, the Anderson Homestead cottage is used primarily as a rental and program space. It can fit up to 70 people (50 seated). This unique space is made up of one large room that is 24' x 29' with a dining nook, warming kitchen, sitting area, large back porch, private upstairs room and men's and women's restrooms. Sixty folding chairs, 12 six-foot rectangular tables, and one square card table available.

Shelters

Large Picnic Shelter

Located near the parking lot, situated next to a restroom facility. Parking is limited when multiple areas of the park are in use. Overflow parking available in the lot before crossing the bridge. Parking in the main lot is not guaranteed during your rental. Note: no electricity.

  • 2 charcoal grills and 28 picnic tables
  • Seats up to 200 people
  • $20/hour, 2 hour minimum
A second smaller picnic shelter with 12 tables near the restrooms

Small Picnic Shelter

Just a short walk from the parking lot, next to the playground and convenient to restrooms. No electricity.

  • 1 charcoal grill and 12 picnic tables
  • Seats about 50 people
  • $12/hour, 2-hour minimum
