Conference Rooms

- Capacity: 75 seated
- Rental includes the use of rectangular folding tables (60”x30”) and folding chairs.)Set up and clean up are renter's responsibility.
- $75/hour (2hr minimum) - $15 application fee and $100 refundable deposit.
- Indoor rental facilities are allowed after park hours up to 10 p.m. Additional $60/hour after hours fees apply.
- Alcohol permit requests are available for Conference room rentals. Permits cover beer and wine only. Must be submitted to a parks office at a minimum of 3 weeks in advance of rental and require a $100 nonrefundable application fee
Verandah and Deck
- 22’ x 22’ Covered Verandah features rocking chairs overlooking scenic Lake Wheeler (requires conference room rental).
- 40’ x 48’ spacious Deck features picnic tables and benches with a beautiful view of Lake Wheeler (requires conference room and verandah rental).
- With verandah - $105/hr
- With verandah and deck - $135/hr

Kitchenette
