The BRT Stakeholder Committee was created to bring together a group of individuals to guide, stay involved and provide feedback to the BRT project team. The stakeholders include a wide range of individuals who represent the general public, elected officials, interest groups and various organizations. The Committee receives updates on the status of the BRT projects, provides input from the perspective of the community and/or their organization, as well as give feedback on specific needs, desires, and concerns of the community and/or their organization.
As each BRT corridor moves forward, key stakeholders will be identified and asked to participate in the ongoing planning of the projects. Quarterly meetings are used as participatory platforms to discuss and provide updates on the BRT project planning efforts.

Stakeholder Committee Listening Sessions - Wake BRT Branding
As part of the Wake BRT branding process, listening sessions with stakeholders were held to understand the feelings and attitudes about the future BRT brand. A total of three listening sessions were held.
