Raleigh students enrolled in grades K-12 are invited to participate in the Micromobility Program’s first art contest! Contest entries will be accepted from Monday, May 13 to Friday, May 31.
To enter, students must submit an original piece of artwork that demonstrates reflection on the theme of sustainable transportation.

Looking for a few ideas to get started?  How about this!

  • Prompt for Elementary School Students: Imagine you’re an artist! Draw a picture showing how people can get around the city without hurting the Earth. How can we get to school, home, and our friends’ houses in a way that is friendly to the environment? Show us your ideas on how transportation can be kind to our planet!
  • Prompt for Middle School Students: Put your artistic skills to work! Create a drawing that illustrates your vision of sustainable transportation. How can we travel in a way that is good for the environment? Show us your ideas for eco-friendly modes of transportation. Let your imagination run wild and inspire others to think green!
  • Prompt for High School Students: Unleash your creativity and envision a world of sustainable transportation! Through your art, show us your interpretation of eco-friendly ways to get around. Help the residents of Raleigh imagine ways of getting around the city that minimizes harm to the environment. Your artwork has the power to inspire change and spark conversations about the future of mobility.
