Jennifer Fox

Jennifer is the Lead Enabler, more formally known as the Senior Strategic Planning & Performance Analyst (how’s that for a tongue twister!?). Jennifer helps support the City’s Strategic Plan and other performance management efforts. She is passionate about empowering others and meaningful collaboration to tackle big challenges.

Jennifer became a double Tar Heel after receiving her undergraduate and Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Go Heels!  When not problem-solving or taking action with her rockstar teammates, Jennifer is usually playing with her dog, going for a hike, reading, or romping around the Triangle with family and friends.
