Raleigh Stormwater is joining other stormwater agencies and organizations across the nation to celebrate Stormwater Awareness Week!

What is it?

Stormwater Awareness Week is a nationwide effort to promote stormwater and water quality.

Raleigh Stormwater is hosting a FREE Rain Garden and Rain Barrel Workshop on Saturday, September 30. Register for the event here!

Having stormwater free of pollution is vital to keeping our streams and creeks healthy! Here are some ways you can help prevent water pollution:

If you see pollution or someone illegally dumping litter into the stormwater system, call the Stormwater Helpline at 919-996-3940 or email IllegalDischarge@raleighnc.gov.
Try these six easy tips to prevent pollution and help protect our streams.
Become a volunteer either for a day or on a more long-term basis.
