Bridging the Gap: Environmental Justice and Food Apartheid

We will explore how environmental factors such as pollution, lack of green spaces, and inadequate infrastructure disproportionately affect marginalized communities, creating food deserts and swamps. The lecture will highlight real-world examples and discuss actionable strategies to combat these issues, fostering healthier, more sustainable communities. This lecture is essential for policymakers, community leaders, urban planners, and anyone interested in advocating for social justice and public health.
