Add to Calendar 2023-10-13 15:30:00 2023-10-13 16:30:00 Raleigh Healing Together – Remembrance Ceremony Join us for a quiet ceremony to honor the victims and survivors of the Oct. 13, 2022, mass shooting and to carry their light into the world. Chaplain Jeff Neal from the Raleigh Fire Department, along with Pastor Paul Anderson from the Raleigh Police Department and other spiritual leaders are scheduled to speak.  The event will be held at the rotunda outside of the Raleigh Municipal Building and will begin at 3:30 p.m. For free parking, the public is encouraged to park in the Raleigh Municipal Building parking deck in a spot before you reach the ticket gates. The public can access the deck from the McDowell and Morgan Street entrances. A portion of Hargett Street will be closed due to the event.
