  • Persons with a Substance Use Disorder

Applications for grant funding will be accepted until Wednesday, Jan. 24 at 3 p.m.

Please use the FY25 Human Services Grant Application Form to request funding. More information including resources, eligibility requirements, timeline, and more can be found on the program landing page

Information Session

A Virtual Information Session was held on Dec. 15 for potential applicants to learn about the grant application process and ask questions. Attendance was strongly encouraged for all, especially first-time applicants.
