Help Shape the Future of Customer Service in Raleigh

Participate in improving Raleigh's customer service experience

Have you ever had to call one of our customer service lines for assistance? Have you visited one of our offices with questions about a bill or permit? Have you completed an online form? As Raleigh continues to grow as a city, so does the opportunity to continuously improve and reshape our customer service experience. 

We are looking to connect with Raleigh residents, business owners, and other stakeholders who want to participate in helping us imagine what customer service could be.  

We are offering the following opportunities: 

  • Virtual focus groups (via Teams) 
  • In-person focus groups (locations TBD) 
  • Phone interviews 
  • Online survey

If you are interested in participating in this project, please take a few minutes to tell us who you are and when you are available. City staff will be in touch with you within five business days of completing the survey.
