As Raleigh continues to grow as a city, so does the opportunity to continuously improve and reshape our customer service experience.
We are looking to connect with Raleigh residents, business owners, and other stakeholders who want to participate in helping us imagine what customer service could be.
We are offering the following opportunities:
- Virtual focus groups (via Teams)
- In-person focus groups (locations TBD)
- Phone interviews
- Online survey
