Report Issues Using Raleigh’s SeeClickFix Program

The program notifies City and keeps residents updated.

It’s easy to report issues involving City streets, property, and services thanks to Geographic Information Systems technology (GIS).

The SeeClickFix program, available through the City’s website, allows residents to describe the concern, provide an optional photo, and precisely pinpoint the location of the problem on a map. City staff will be alerted and coordinate a response.

Items that can be reported include:

  • Street pot holes;
  • Graffiti;
  • Dead animals;
  • Flooding or standing water;
  • Parks or greenway problems;
  • Streetlight outages; and,
  • Much more!

To begin a report:

  • Type in a street or City property name and select it from the drop-down menu.
  • Move the map marker to the exact location of concern and select the green “Confirm location” button.
  • Follow the prompts to select a category and provide additional details.

Residents can also explore the SeeClickFix map to view, comment on, and follow issues that have already been reported. To view the reported issues, select the three dots in the upper right corner of the map and choose “Explore Map” from the drop-down menu. Select a colored dot to view the status of a reported issue.
