Disability Visibility Book Cover

One in five people in the United States live with a disability, yet these individuals are routinely underrepresented and excluded. Wong’s book challenges us to be more aware of the experiences, challenges, and triumphs of individuals in this community. Join us as we use this book as an entry point to challenge current narratives and foster understanding.

Join the conversation on April 25 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Zoom. You are encouraged to register in advance!

A talking book is available for persons who are blind or vision-impaired. Visit the State Library of North Carolina's page to learn more about this service.
