The City's Community Engagement team is partnering with Healing Transitions to connect with residents, answer any questions, and encourage public participation.
Staff can help with services including but not limited to:
- Education on City resources;
- Information on local organizations;
- Voter education and registration;
- Participation surveys;
- Making citizen service requests;
- Help with City of Raleigh utility requests and payments;
- Registering for a City of Raleigh class; and,
- Applying for SNAP, Medicaid, and WIC.
