The City of Raleigh's Stormwater Management Program will issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in September/October 2024. We are looking for highly qualified firms to provide professional stormwater engineering and support services.
With a growing workload, we plan to select multiple firms with demonstrated experience in municipal stormwater projects. Chosen firms will enter into Master Service Agreements, with specific tasks and projects assigned over the next five years.
Eligible projects are expected to have construction costs of up to $15 million. Services may include engineering design, planning studies, asset management, water quality improvements, Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI), watershed management, and floodplain studies. Ancillary support services are also welcome.
