The goal of Teen Fit is to be fun, challenging, and calorie-burning.
Strengthen your muscles and improve your range of motion, balance, and flexibility through stretching and low-impact aerobics, hand weights, and resistance bands. All classes are beginner-level. Let’s get fit!
