Wilmington, Hargett Street Night Work Scheduled

A partial intersection closure will be in place at Wilmington Street and Hargett Street from Wednesday, May 20, through Thursday, May 21, and again Monday, May 25, through Friday, May 29, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly as part of a Capital Improvement Project. One lane will remain open through the intersection while crews also work along Hargett Street. Motorists are urged to follow posted signs, drive carefully through work zones and consider alternate routes. The city thanks residents and visitors for their patience as crews make these improvements.
