This all-level modern/contemporary dance class focused on creative movement, basic technique, and self-expression.
You will explore movement through guided across the flow work and dance phrases. This class offers a welcoming space for community members to move, connect, and express themselves while improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and creativity. No prior dance experience required.
