Approval Process and Timeline
The Stormwater Design Manual is incorporated into the City’s Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) by reference; therefore, changes must be approved by the City Council. The Stormwater Design Manual was be presented to the Stormwater Management Advisory Commission (SMAC), most recently in January 2024. Before reaching City Council, the Manual will be discussed by the and the Planning Commission and their Text Change Committee.
