Are you interested in learning more about land development and community planning? Do you want to know more about how to engage with staff or help your neighbors navigate a rezoning case? Apply to participate in the Raleigh Planning Academy! We are accepting applications now for the fall of 2023.
The Raleigh Planning Academy aims to educate participants on planning and development processes and empower residents to engage with city staff on rezoning cases and other planning projects in their neighborhood.
The city is seeking a diverse group of participants for this very exciting program. There are two opportunities remaining for this year:
- September
Day and a half course: Friday, September 15 from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, September 16 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. - October
Five-week course: October 11, 18, 25, and November 1 and 8 from 6-8 p.m.
