Neighborhood Meetings

What is a Neighborhood Meeting?

Neighborhood Meetings are opportunities for rezoning applicants to meet with community members most directly affected by the potential rezoning. Applicants will hold a pre-submittal (first) neighborhood meeting prior to submitting a rezoning application. For some rezoning cases, a post-submittal (second) neighborhood meeting will be held by the applicant. View the Neighborhood Meeting Guide for Rezoning Applicants for step-by-step instructions for conducting a successful neighborhood meeting. More information about when a second neighborhood meeting is held can be found on the Rezoning Process webpage. More information about Raleigh's zoning designations is in the City's UDO.

Listed below are upcoming neighborhood meetings for proposed and ongoing rezonings. Meetings listed with a zoning case number (Z-##-##) are second neighborhood meetings. A list of all ongoing cases can be found on the Rezoning Requests webpage.

The staff contact listed will be present during the neighborhood meeting.
