All infrastructure has a service life and this is the case with the water and sewer lines along S. Person St, from Hoke St to Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Which is why we are closing that section of Person St. to make these repairs with a new start date of Nov. 28. Construction should last about 3 months. Parking restrictions will be enforced. This project will help make sure that water services are available to all those who need them.
