The event was opened by City Manager Marchell Adams-David, with panelists Michael Moore (Transportation), Ken Bowers (Planning and Development), Rich Kelly (Engineering Services) and Wayne Miles (Stormwater). Megan Anderson from the Office of Sustainability introduced the plan and moderated the panel discussion.
