G.I.R.L.S Camp focuses on developing self-esteem, proper communication skills, anger management, forgiveness, and life skills. Participants are taught the importance of time management, nutrition, and stress management; take educational and college campus field trips; complete STEM activities; listen to motivating Raleigh area guest speakers, and visit several City of Raleigh departments. The camp wraps up with a graduation ceremony, complete with a certificate presentation.
