Building City Facilities

We replaced the police training center on Law Enforcement Drive off of Battle Bridge Road. The building was outdated and no longer met police training needs. The new facility will be used by the City of Raleigh and Wake County.

    Complete

    This project is complete. The new 60,000-square-foot center was designed to complete all officer training on site, including everything officer's need to meet training academy requirements. The building also has a courtyard connection to Wake County's law enforcement training center. 

    We completed construction work in late June 2021. A ribbon cutting ceremony took place on June 25, 2021.
