Construction

Construction is about 76 percent finished! The contractor installed:

  • Stormwater runoff devices;
  • The foundation for the building;
  • Walls and roof steel work;
  • Interior metal framing; and,
  • Wall plumbing, HVAC, and electrical cables.

Now, the contractor is working on mechanical and electrical equipment, insulation, and drywall. Due to a few construction delays earlier this year, work should be finished in spring 2020.
