Two Ask-A-Planner sessions are coming soon to discuss TC-7-22 Co-living. This text change proposes to rename the existing Boardinghouse use to ‘Co-living’ and update some of the existing use standards.

An in-person or virtual session are available for your convenience:

Planning and Development staff will be available to explain the proposed changes to Raleigh's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and answer your questions. The meeting does not have a structured format. Staff will be answering your questions as you ask them, so join the meeting when it is convenient for you.
