Raleigh Permits customers who submit projects for Site Permit Review will now need to use the updated ‘Public Improvement Quantities Table’ beginning July 1, 2023. The updated table must be incorporated on all submittals. The table has been updated to include:
- New table name: Infrastructure Inspections Quantities Table.
- Inspections for additional infrastructure.
- Additional line items for private water and sewer inspections, multi-use paths, and public storm drainage.
Fees are based on the current fee schedule, where applicable. To view the updated table, visit the Site Permit Review page. The table can be found under the ‘Prepare Application Materials’ header.
