Approved Site Permit Review (SPR) copies will no longer be required for new townhouse submittals. For customers submitting for a new townhouse project, space is now available to enter your approved SPR case number onto the residential permit application (shown in the picture below).
If a townhouse project includes an SPR that was approved prior to March 23, 2020, a digital copy will still be required.
