Join us for an evening wind-down practice session. The idea is to nurture yourself by lengthening all areas of your body that accumulates tension during the day. We will move into a session of fluid movements to deep floor poses, practicing breathing and mental control techniques. All levels are welcome; please bring your own mat. Register online here.
